Check your mailbox in-game to claim a Raichu, a Raichunite X stone and a Raichunite Y stone. The Raichu you claim can evolve into Raichu X by holding the first stone, or into Raichu Y by holding the second stone.
The rewards can be claimed on the mobile version as well as on the Nintendo Switch version of the game.
