Barbaracite
A held item that allows Barbaracle to Mega Evolve.
Big Root
Boosts the amount of HP restored through HP-absorbing
moves by 30%. HP restored by moves such as Ingrain
and Strength Sap will also be boosted by 30%.
Blazikenite
A held item that allows Blaziken to Mega Evolve.
Damp Rock
When the holder summons rain with its moves or
Ability, the duration is extended by 3 turns.

Dragalgite
A held item that allows Dragalge to Mega Evolve.
Eelektrossite
A held item that allows Eelektross to Mega Evolve.
Expert Belt
Boosts the power of the holder’s supereffective moves
by 20%.
Falinksite
A held item that allows Falinks to Mega Evolve.
Heat Rock
When the holder summons harsh sunlight with its moves
or Ability, the duration is extended by 3 turns.

Icy Rock
When the holder summons snow with its moves or
Ability, the duration is extended by 3 turns.
(Total duration: 8 turns)
Iron Ball
Halves the holder’s Speed stat. If the holder is off the
ground, it will be grounded, meaning it can be affected
by Ground-type moves, as well as the Spikes, Toxic
Spikes, and Sticky Web statuses.
Life Orb
Boosts the power of the holder’s moves by 30%.
However, the holder also loses 1/10 of its max HP
each time it successfully lands an attack.
Light Clay
When the holder uses Light Screen, Reflect, or
Aurora Veil, the duration is extended by 3 turns.

Malamarite
A held item that allows Malamar to Mega Evolve.
Mawilite
A held item that allows Mawile to Mega Evolve.
Metagrossite
A held item that allows Metagross to Mega Evolve.
Metronome
Boosts the power of a move that is used repeatedly.
This boost will be 20% on the second usage, 40% on
the third, and so on, up to a maximum boost of 100%.
If the streak is broken, the move’s power returns to its
usual value.
Muscle Band
Boosts the power of the holder’s physical moves by 10%.
Pyroarite
A held item that allows Pyroar to Mega Evolve.
Raichunite X
A held item that allows Raichu to Mega Evolve into
Mega Raichu X. It has no effect on Alolan Raichu.
Raichunite Y
A held item that allows Raichu to Mega Evolve into
Mega Raichu Y. It has no effect on Alolan Raichu.
Sceptilite
A held item that allows Sceptile to Mega Evolve.
Scolipite
A held item that allows Scolipede to Mega Evolve.
Scraftinite
A held item that allows Scrafty to Mega Evolve.
Shed Shell
Enables the holder to ignore any effects that would
usually prevent it from switching out of battle and being
replaced by another party Pokémon.
Smooth Rock
When the holder summons a sandstorm with its moves
or Ability, the duration is extended by 3 turns.

Staraptite
A held item that allows Staraptor to Mega Evolve.
Swampertite
A held item that allows Swampert to Mega Evolve.
Wide Lens
Boosts the accuracy of the holder’s moves by 10%.
Wise Glasses
Boosts the power of the holder’s special moves by 10%.
Zoom Lens
Boosts the accuracy of the holder’s moves by 20% when
the holder acts after the targets.
New Moves in Regulation M-B (6)
Barb Barrage
Has a 50% chance of poisoning the target. This move’s power is
doubled if the target is poisoned or badly poisoned.
Make It Rain
Lowers the user’s Sp. Atk stat by 2 stages.
No Retreat
Boosts the user’s Attack, Defense, Sp. Atk, Sp. Def, and Speed
stats by 1 stage. The user gains the Can’t Escape status. This
move can only be used once per time the user enters battle—
otherwise it will fail.
Rage Fist
This move’s power is increased by 50 each time the user takes
damage from a move, up to a maximum power of 350. If the
user switches out of battle, the move’s power returns to its
usual value.
Spirit Break
Lowers the target’s Sp. Atk stat by 1 stage.
Topsy-Turvy
Inverts all stat changes affecting the target.
New Abilities in Regulation M-B (7)
Eelevate
The Pokémon floats off the ground, making it immune to
Ground-type moves, as well as the Spikes, Toxic Spikes,
and Sticky Web statuses. When the Pokémon knocks out a
target with an attack, its highest stat is boosted by 1 stage.
Effect Spore
When the Pokémon is hit by a contact move, the attacker has a
30% chance of being poisoned, paralyzed, or put to sleep.
Electric Surge
Turns the entire field into Electric Terrain for 5 turns when the
Pokémon enters a battle.
Fire Mane
Boosts the power of the Pokémon’s Fire-type moves by 50%.
Fluffy
Halves the damage the Pokémon takes from contact moves, but
doubles the damage taken from Fire-type moves.
Forewarn
When the Pokémon enters a battle, it identifies the move with
the highest power among all the moves the opponents know.
Good as Gold
The Pokémon is immune to status moves used by other Pokémon.
